For some reason, this set Bones off because he lunged at the unicyclist and grabbed his phone back. The crowd gasped as Bones knocked over the stack of blocks and sent them flying directly into the other unicyclist's stack of blocks.
Both water pitchers went flying and doused the entire crowd. It was awesome. As Bones started running with his phone, I finally realized what the cyclist had said: flashing blue dot.
The blue dot was flashing.
I started running after Bones as he headed toward the entrance of the park with his head down, looking at the phone. Suddenly, he stopped dead in his tracks. He was standing in front of the ice cream vendor, still staring at the phone.
He slowly looked up at the hot dog vendor and then looked off somewhere into the distance. What was he looking at? Just as suddenly as he had stopped, he took off in a sprint away from the park towards Columbus Circle.
He was going after something—or someone.
