There was an explosion that put a hole in the side of the building the size of a billboard. If Stevie hadn’t been in the lab with the phones, he probably wouldn’t be alive to tell the story. The room he was supposed to be sitting in had turned into rubble.

At this point in the story, Stevie held up his phone with great reverence and said, “It save my life.”

Almost immediately after the blast, about twenty guys dressed in black suits and holding guns stormed the building. They went right for the room where Mr. Ching and the other engineers were meeting. As Stevie watched from the lab, he saw one of the engineers had managed to escape.

The man was crawling on the floor toward the lab where Stevie was hiding with the prototypes. Stevie sprinted to the door on the other side of the lab to see if he could save Mr. Ching, but it was too late. When he looked through the door, he saw that the Suits had the rest of the team, including Mr. Ching, at gunpoint.

Stevie became very emotional when he said, “The Suits man take Mr. Ching away.”

“Don’t worry, Ch-Ching,” Bones said consolingly. “We’ll help you find him.”
