Stevie sounded dejected. “Blue dot is still. No good.”
I looked over at Bones. He understood exactly what Stevie was saying.
“The good news is that the dot is blue,” he explained. “That means his tracking app still works. A red dot means that the app has been deleted. And that’s bad.”
Stevie became even more upset. “My father is red dot. It is bad.”
Bones immediately tried to lighten the mood. “We think the one remaining engineer just turned off his personal tracking so the Suits couldn’t find him. That’s why the dot is just stationary. It’s the last place the engineer was located. If the blue dot starts flashing again, we’ll know exactly where he is.”
Then Stevie held his phone up and said, “If something happen to me, you must find blue dot.”
Bones nodded and looked at me to join into the agreement, but I couldn’t help to think that if something happened to Stevie, this whole time travel party would surely end.
