Yogi laughed so hard he had tears streaming down his face, and he ran out to his truck to grab his instant camera. He aimed it at Bones and his Leaning Tower of Swirl Cone and ZZZZZZZZ—a picture popped out.
“It’s a Polaroid 600, boys, the latest model!” Yogi waved the picture in the air and the image of Bones began emerge inside the white frame. While we were waiting, Bones pulled out Stevie’s phone, snapped a picture of me eating my ice cream cone, and showed it to Yogi.
“What the . . . will you look at that!” Yogi exclaimed. “How did you do that?” Bones handed Yogi the phone and he stared at the picture. “Good golly, it’s as real as life! Who makes these things?”
“This one was made by our friend Stevie’s dad,” Bones said, “but most of them are made by Apple.”
